Exploring evidence of seminal, sempiternal, and advanced civilization in California's rural country. This is Ancient Amador
On the historic Jackson Butte Mountain slope pictured here, for example. The remnants of enigmatic yet uniform formations bearing ancient art. Especially compelling, particularly when one considers the way this must have looked thousands of years ago.
- Ancient Amador
Up-close photos of the megalithic ruins on the most anomalous topographical features in the Mother Lode are explored as well as their breathtaking views.
These locations from the most remote hilltops to the most hidden recesses are replete with curiosities and puzzling evidence. Many varied areas explored and pictured. Some unexpected possibilities are presented.
Amador county has this feature that sticks out like a neon light in a dark cave, but it's not viewable from public roads. A hidden part of Amador County that seems almost like an extinct volcano, especially from above. This little peak is much more intriguing up close.
Ancient California inhabitants were prolific road builders, even deep into the mountains. The back roads of Amador are sporadic and can be obscured, even dangerous. One thing can be counted on - sights that are rarely seen. Ancient Amador will take you to a few places where one can catch an eyeful of real ancient evidence of advanced civilization ... nothing less than the Creators Art, virtually undetected by mankind's casual observation nor disturbed by modern "progress".
Amador County is split by the old Highway 49 and there are many amazing things to see right from the road. Some of the best sights are featured here in photos and a full drone tour of the stretch of Hwy 49 that calls Amador home.
Note: all towns and cities in Amador County have their own drone tours on this site on the Amador via drone page.
As the page title would suggest, here are several presumably (wholly, or in part) original observations and theories that attempt to address some of the largest questions mankind has ever, never, or rarely considered.
Food for thought.
Could it be lens flare? Perhaps a freak weather event? Maybe swamp gas or weather balloon? There are ways to explain away many things that appear in photography, but on occasion, somewhere between the Sun and a camera lens, there may appear something that can safely be described as "anomalous". Beyond that, there may be something seriously important there, and we will open up our "photographic anomalies" files here for perusal. You see for yourself.
Dragonfly the Drone is touring above and through the towns and sights in and around Amador. It's a unique perspective.
An assortment of videos related to the topics found across this Ancient Amador website. From time-lapse to exploration progress to things too odd to attempt explaining.
Encounters with unusual phenomena are categorically difficult to articulate, but we'll give it our best . Photo / video analysis and examples of cross-dimensional harmonic arrangement of regular matter (C.H.A.R.M.) can be found here. This takes photographic anomalies to the next level.
Arguably, the best evidence is the only medium that stands the test of time... stone. The examples found here are a few of the best we can show in this forum at this time.
