The Mandelbrot Set (aka "God's Fractal")

 The Mandelbrot Set, technically, is derived by plotting the results of a specific mathematic formula, which makes it a universally applicable concept, transcending time and space. This attaches it numerologically and conceptually to the ancient arcana mentioned elsewhere on this very website.  This fractal is thought to be a fairly recent discovery, which it may be... for this age. The reasons we think it has been known about and understood esoterically for ages and ages are it's prolific appearances in ancient art as well as nature's patterns of materialization, crystallization, and so forth. There are many many geographical expressions here on Earth. How many? Suffice to say that it's nickname, "God's Fractal", is not an overstatement. This pedestalled moniker may be fairly recent as well. None the less, it has been expressed so often in religious and ceremonial art from antiquity, it seems foolish not to consider it's Akashic potential.
